Founder & Lead Instructor
With over 20 years of experience in software development and education, Narciso founded Ciso Codes to make high-quality technical training more accessible — especially for those historically underrepresented in tech.
His approach blends hands-on learning with real-world context, empowering students to not only understand code, but to apply it with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Narciso believes that a diverse, inclusive workforce isn’t just fair — it’s essential. Teams with varied backgrounds solve problems more creatively, build better products, and drive stronger results.
Fun fact: Narciso is a cancer survivor, a lifelong artist, and once shared a stage with Katy Perry. He also released an Americana album called Kuya and starred in the first commercially produced play with a full-Filipino cast.
